A home-archiving device for a number of objects is disclosed, in particular, for storage media for analog or digital data or signals, such as CD-ROMs. The archiving device comprises a body, with a number of storage compartments for holding said objects. Furthermore, the housing comprises an interface for connection to a home computer, with a display for the individual compartments, controllable by means of the interface, such that a compartment, identified by means of the interface, can be distinguished from other compartments. |
