PURPOSE: A fuel amount which have been compensated its water temperature right after car start is injected, and lowering of fuel is stopped when engine rpm reaches object rpm, thereby preventing unnecessary lowering of an engine output. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling fuel injection after car start comprises following steps. All memory variables are initialized(S20). Whether it is right after car start is determined by receiving signal input by start switch(S30). If it is right after car start, water temperature is sensed by receiving signals from a water temperature sensor. And water temperature compensation is carried out(S40). Fuel is injected by the compensated fuel amount(S50). An engine rpm is sensed by receiving signal from a crank angle sensor(S60). Whether the engine rpm is an object rpm is determined(S70). If the engine rpm is the object rpm, reducing fuel is stopped(S80).
