PURPOSE: A measuring device of a dynamic characteristic of a vehicle is provided to easily and exactly measure the behavior for a rolling or a pitching by adding force to the gravity center of the vehicle and reenacting the behavior of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A rolling road(1) is arranged in a column. A driving member(3) is arranged in the center of the rolling road. A power source(5) transmits power to the driving member. A support(7) of a vehicle is connected with the driving member and arranged on the rolling road. The support is rotated over 90 degrees to change the direction of the vehicle for generating a rolling status and a pitching status of the vehicle. A camera(7) chases and captures the rolling status and the pitching status. An operating device(9) contains a terminal(92) to operate the status to automatically change the positions of the roll center and the gravity center by an embedded software according to the rolling status and the pitching status.
