PURPOSE: A restartability is improved by determining whether cold start in a restart and injecting reduced fuel if it is not a cold start when an engine stall happens. CONSTITUTION: A crank angle sensor(10) senses angle change of a crank shaft, converts it into an electronic signal and outputs it. A water temperature sensor(20) senses cooling water temperature, converts it into an electronic signal and outputs it. A microcontroller(40) is connected at its input terminal with an output terminal of a start switch(ISW), driving switch(FSW), the crank angle sensor(10), the water temperature sensor(20), and a timer(30). An injector portion(50) is connected at its input terminal with an output terminal of the microcontroller(40). An analog to digital converter and a memory is installed in the microcontroller(40).
