PURPOSE: A clutch disk is provided to prevent irregular fluctuation of hysteresis in an output shaft by restricting flaw on the frictional surface with forming friction between a second frictional washer and a retaining plate. CONSTITUTION: A second frictional washer(20) is placed near a retaining plate(4), and a second conical spring(21) is arranged between the second frictional washer and a coupling part(1a) of a spline hub(30). A flat surface is formed in the inner periphery of the second frictional washer, and inserted to a cut face formed in the outer periphery of the hub. The second frictional washer is rubbed against the retaining plate by integrally moving with the hub. A protrusion is formed axially in the second frictional washer, and inserted to a recessed part of the coupling part. Friction between the retaining plate and the second frictional washer is formed by interlocking with the spline hub in transmitting torque from a flange of a clutch disk to the spline hub. Hysteresis fluctuation is prevented with restricting flaw on the frictional surface.
