The invention relates to a net stick for handling a fishing net including a hand-grip part (1) that the hand can hold and an elongated tongue-like part (2) projecting out from this for supporting the net, whereby a securing device (3) is arranged at the net-supporting part to make is possible to secure the net loop to the tongue-like part. To achieve a net stick that is simple to handle and manoeuvre during fishing, the securing device (3) includes a loop that can be pulled out in an elastic manner and that can be drawn over the elongated net-supporting part (2). |
