The invention concerns an interface for communication on the Internet. Said interface comprises a server (14) and a telephone (10) capable of being operated by the user for interrogating databanks (16). The server is fitted to arrange the data in the form of pages. The telephone comprises in particular: an actuator electronics comprising at least a microprocessor (18) and a storage unit (20), and a display screen (24) and a keyboard (26). The interface is characterised in that the server storage unit contains data concerning browsing on the Internet, arranged in the form of pages, each page (P1) of interrogation-related data being associated with a browsing page (P2), and the storage unit (20) of the apparatus (10) is structured to receive an interrogation-related page (P1) and a browsing-related page (P2). The keyboard (24) and the display screen (26) enable to select one page or the other. |
