PURPOSE: A sound card capable of an Internet phone by an office telephone is provided to switch to an office telephone and an Internet telephone by operating buttons of a telephone by connecting an office line of the telephone to a sound card of a computer. CONSTITUTION: A signal conversion unit(200) converts a tone signal of a telephone(1) sent with a constant frequency into a digital signal. A data transmission unit(300) debugs the digital signal into ASCII code recognizable by the computer and transmits the same to an Internet phone site on the web. A mode conversion unit(400) connects to an office line of a wire and wireless telephone(1) connected to a public telephone switching network(2) and converts to an Internet phone(3) and an office line(4) sequentially according to an input of a specific button attached to the telephone(1). A voice reproducing unit(500) separates a voice signal transceived through a speaker(5) so that a receive signal is received by the telephone(1) and a send signal is received by a microphone(6), for thereby preventing echo phenomenon of sent/received voice.
