PURPOSE: A control method of transmission shift is provided to accurately and quickly control the transmission shift by quickly analyzing the detected running information and treating a data by the detected information so that the transmission shock is prevented. CONSTITUTION: A control method of transmission shift comprises an ignition switch(IGSW) outputting signal related to the starting of an engine, a power treating unit treating a power of a battery as a power required in a control unit, inhibit switch(30) detecting a transmission range selected by a shift lever, an interface unit(40) treating the inhibit switch signal as the voltage of 5V, a vehicle speed detecting unit(50) detecting present speed information, an RPM detecting unit(60) detecting the RPM information, a throttle position detecting unit(80) detecting an information about the opening degree of a throttle valve, a control unit analyzing every detected information on the basis of data of a map table and then controlling the operation for the control of an object transmission, self-diagnosis, and operations for other shift controls, a solenoid driving unit(110) adjusting the duty pressure and the line pressure by driving the driving signals for synchronizing the object transmission to each solenoid valve according to the signal supplied from the control unit, a self-diagnosis switch(DGSW) requiring the output of a self-diagnosis data, an amplifying unit(160) amplifying the output self-diagnosis data, and storing unit in which a data about the use of an automatic transmission is set up and which outputs an appropriate data of a control logic according to the demand of a chip enable and an access.
