PURPOSE: A latex emulsified asphalt composition is provided, therefore the asphalt composition has improved flexibility and adhesive strength, to be used in the tack coating of the waving architecture coating, reforming asphalt coating and draining coating. CONSTITUTION: The latex emulsified asphalt composition contains water, asphalt, emulsifier, solvent and latex in the ratio of 1:1.2:0.002:0.1:0.08. A device for coating the latex emulsified asphalt composition on the road comprises an emulsified asphalt tank(2) mounted on a car(1); a pump(3) supplying a pressure to transfer the latex emulsified asphalt composition into a supplying pipe(4) which is fixed in a fixing part of the rear of the car(1); and multiple sprayers(6) being installed in the outer side of the supplying pipe(4) facing downward.
