Cosmetic composition comprises powder containing solid particles of expanded polymer and kaolin, and binder containing oil and agents capable to generate heat on hydration. Solid cosmetic composition warming up in contact with water consists of powder and binder parts, the powder comprising solid particles (size 1-300 microns, density 15-200 kg/m<3>) of expanded polymer (2-30 wt.%) and kaolin (0.5-30 wt.%), and binder containing one or more oils (10-50 wt.% per total wt. of composition), and one or more agents capable to generate heat on hydration (in amount 10-65 wt.% per total wt. of composition). The composition contains at least one make-up removing oil selected from esters of 12C fatty acids and hydrocarbon oils with branched chain, may additionally contains at least one foam-generating/cleaning surfactant, preferably amphoteric (in amount 0.1-15 wt.%), and modified starch. Composition has form of deformable solid, obtained by cold-extrusion process. Independent claims are also included for: (1) the use of composition as claimed for make-up removal and cleaning of skin, mucous membranes and/or eyes; (2) process of make-up removal and/or cleaning of skin, comprising taking required amount of composition as claimed, hydrating it with sufficient amount of water to produce required consistency, applying hydrated composition onto skin, and finally rinsing with water; and (3) process of preparation of composition as claimed, comprising introducing different components of the composition into extruder, and forming obtained mixture into required shape by extrusion.
