The hybridization chamber (1) has a sintered base (4) with a filter (3) resting upon it. A holder (7) for the filter, presses it down at the edges, onto the sintered base. Beneath this base, apparatus (6) extracts fluid under suction. Preferred Chamber: The hybridization chamber (1) is accommodated in a temperature-controlled chamber (2). The holder is a casing with external thread, screwed into the chamber. It holds the filter down, via pressure on a seal (8). The chamber can be shut off, sealed against light. Filter pore size is 0.2 mu m to 0.45 mu m. Beneath the sinter a ring (11) is separated from it by a ring seal (12).
