A pernasal preparation containing as the active ingredients a prostaglandin of the following general formula or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a water-soluble polymer: wherein X is halogeno; R1 is C3-10 cycloalkyl, C3- 10 cycloalkyl substituted with C1-4 alkyl, or C4-13 cycloalkylalkyl; R2 is hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl, or C3-10 cycloalkyl; m is an integer of 0 to 3; and n is an integer of 1 to 4.
