FLUID PUMP WITH A MOTOR HOUSING AND A METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A MOTOR HOUSING

A conventional fluid pump, in particular, for the cooling/heating circuit of a motor vehicle, comprises a claw-pole stator and an impeller rotor, which is submerged in a liquid and separated from the claw-pole stator by a tube. The number of assembly steps and components to be assembled is, however, too high. According to the invention, a fluid pump is disclosed, in which the claws (25) of the claw-pole stator (21) are an integral component of the tube (11), which represents a part of the motor housing (2) and so reduces the number of assembly steps.
