<p>A new composition is disclosed which is especially designed for combatting external and internal parasitoses. In one embodiment this composition contains, as an active ingredient, an endectocide, the form of a subcutaneous implant constituted by one or more pellets that release the active ingredient in a predetermined and controlled way.
