The invention concerns a device combining a user environment signals, such as a house, an office, a vehicle or a public place, and telecommunication signals in a mobile unit (1). The sensed signals and sounds are derived from a fixed environmental unit (2) supplying microphones, interphones, telephone and/or computer terminals, multimedia and household electrical appliances. In the mobile unit, the environment sound signals transmitted by a user microphone (134), sensors (136 to 139), a radiotelephone terminal (17) and an interface (15) receiving the sound signals and various sensors from the environmental unit are selectively mixed and sent to the earphones (130) or displays units (131) and stimulators (132, 133). A sound signal transmitted by the microphone (134) is selectively distributed towards the earphones, display units, stimulators, radiotelephone terminals and an interface (15) transmitting sound signals or the like to the environmental unit.
