PURPOSE: An over-sampling digital/analog converter is provided to improve a function of a digital/analog converter by using an IFIR(Interpolated Finite Impulse Response) filter instead of an FIR(Finite Impulse Response) reconstruction filter. CONSTITUTION: An interpolation filter is used for generating a multi-bit digital signal by performing an over-sampling process for an input digital signal. A digital noise removal shaper is used for quantizing noise included in the digital signal passing the interpolation filter. An IFIR filter is formed with a plurality shift register(SR1,SR2,... SRn), a plurality of current source(CS1,CS2...CSn), an I-V converter portion(21), and a DC-offset correction portion. The current sources provide current to the I-V converter portion(21) or to a ground. The I-V converter portion changes the provided current to voltage. The DC-offset correction portion(41) is used for correcting a dynamic range of an output voltage of the I-V converter portion(21).
