The bearer rails have a downwardly-sloping section (13) at the top of one side and a retaining section (15) formed by the diagonally opposite corner. These are designed so that a projection on the supporting rim of a tray inserted into the system is held by the retaining corner of an upper rail when the rim rests on the guide rail below it.
