The invention relates to vaccines and vaccination means of a host with the intention of prevention or controlling specific T-cell determined proliferation diseases. The vaccine is made of pharmaceutically acceptable medium and a segment of T-cell receptor (TCR) found on the surface of the T-cells, determining the disease. The vaccine is applied on the host in a manner which induces an immune response, directed to the TCR of pathogenic T-cells. This immune response regulates or deletes the pathogenic T-cells, and in this way stops of the pathogenesis of the disease. The invention also relates to means for the determination of suitable amino acid sequence for such a vaccine. 6 claims
