The invention refers to medicine and namely to otorhinolaryngology. Summary of the invention consists in, that the transplant for nasal lobe remodelling is executed in the form of osteomatrix forte plate. The transplant lower part is executed cuneiform and on the fore part it is made a section forming a bulge.It is also claimed a method of nasal lobe remodeling comprising denudation of the nasal septum cartilage, execution of a groove in the nasal crest fore part of the maxilla, formation of a cavity in the nasal lobe tissues. Thereafter the cuneiform transplant part is installed into the groove, and the bulge thereof is placed into the formed cavity.Claims: 3Fig.: 3
