摘要 Production of boards comprises (A) cutting stage where hot board material from the press station is separated into boards by diagonal saw(s); (B) wetting stage where surface(s) are sprayed with water; (C) movement acceleration stage where each board is separated from the strand of board at an accelerated speed; and (D) embossing stage where the surface structure is embossed under pressure. Production of boards comprises: (A) a cutting stage where hot board material from the press station is separated into separate boards by one or more diagonal saws at right angles to the production direction; (B) a wetting stage where one or more of the surfaces are sprayed with water (at 20-100 deg C) at a rate of 112.5-300.0 g/m2 to cool the board surfaces to 70-100degreesC; (C) a movement acceleration stage where each board is separated from the strand of board at an accelerated speed in relation to the exit speed from the press, to be laid in an embossing press; (D) an embossing stage where the surface structure is embossed under pressure while the board surface is heated at least to 125 deg C with a maximum heated plate temperature of 200 deg C; and (E) the embossing press is then cleared for the insertion of a fresh hot board with a wetted surface. An Independent claim is also included for a board production assembly comprising a continuous board molding press (1), an embossing press (5) with upper pistons which operates in cycles, and one or more cutting stations (2) between the presses with diagonal saws. A spraying stage (B) has a water spray system (3) covered by a steam hood (19). The movement acceleration stage (C) has conveyors (21,22) moving at a faster speed. A charging belt (13) to load the boards is around the lower press beam (15) or the lower hot plates (22) of the embossing press (5), and a structured belt (10) is tensed under the upper hot plates (11).
