<p>A heat pump with high coefficient of performance and a dehumidifying device with small energy consumption for each dehumidifying amount, comprising a booster (260) boosting refrigerant, a condenser (220) condensing the refrigerant and heating high heat source fluid, an evaporator (210) allowing the refrigerant to evaporate so as to cool a low heat source fluid, and heat exchange means (300) installed in a refrigerant route connecting the condenser (220) to the evaporator (210), for evaporating and condensing the refrigerant at a mid pressure between the condensation pressure of the condenser (220) and the evaporation pressure of the evaporator (210), cooling the low heat source fluid by the mid pressure evaporation, and heating the low heat source fluid by the mid pressure condensation, wherein the low heat source fluid can be subjected to cooling by the heat exchange means (300), cooling by the evaporator (210), and heating by the heat exchange (300) in this order; pre-cooling by the heat exchange means is possible before cooled by the heat pump and evaporator and the cold heat for the pre-cooling can be recovered from the low heat source fluid temporarily cooled in the evaporator.</p> |
