The maximum value (SixMax) of magnetic resonance (MR) signals among measured MR signals radiated from the sample and their corresponding maximum phase gradient values (Gxmax) are determined based on which linear correction gradient magnetic field b(x) is determined along preset direction (x). The corrected field is used for equalizing the magnetic field (Bo) within analysis area. A phase gradient (Gix) is applied in preset direction (x) after radiating excitation high frequency pulse onto the sample. The value (Six) of magnetic resonance signal is measured, digitized and stored at fixed time (tdx) after excitation, high frequency pulse is radiated from the sample.
