The flag support rail consists of a hollow tube with slit or opening on one side. The mast-holder (1) has a holder socket, and has holes , elongated slots or strips for affixing cables, straps (9) etc. The bottom of the sheath has a transverse seam (10) forming a compartment (6) with side opening (7). A cap (5) covers the front end of the rail.
