<p>Plant for desalination and treating water, especially process water from electro-erosion machines, has two ion- exchange columns, one filled with a cation-exchange resin and the other filled with an anion-exchange resin, arranged in series. The novelty is that the two ion exchange columns (2,3) are sealed into a single housing (1) which provides connections (5,6) to the inlet and outlet sides of each column.</p> |
