<p>The grid is used in mechanical engineering. It is built on modular principle, its design has higher strength characteristics, is lightweight and convenient for assembly, disassembly and long operation. The grid comprises a rectangular frame (1) in the interior of which grate (3) is fixed. Frame (1) is made of two opposite fitted L-shaped profiles (6), the vertical arms of which are fixed connected by square profiles (2), and their horizontal arms are free and serve for the suspension of the racks to the frame structure. Grate (3) comprises of crossed wires (7), and in the place over covering the connection is welded. Both profiles (6) are connected by reinforcement beams (5) fitted at some distance in between and are symmetrical towards the square profile (2) of frame (1). Beams (5) do not allow the sagging of the grate (3) and reinforce the structure of the grid. In the four corners between the vertical arms of the square profile (2) and the L-shaped profile (6) of the frame, triangular reinforcement bars (4) are fitted. 1 claim, 3 figures</p> |
