Encrypted music data and additional information required for access to a server (30) are copied from a CD-ROM (200) to a memory card (110). The memory card (110) receives a content decryption key (Kc) required for decrypting the encrypted music data, control information data (AC1) for restricting times of access to the memory card and others distributed from the server (30).
