Cool feeling tissue

A tissue product is disclosed which provides a cooling feeling when in contact with skin. A suitable implementation includes a soft uncreped throughdried tissue product having generally uniformly distributed surface deposits of a chemical composition that contains an oil, a wax, and preferably a fatty alcohol. Suitable compositions include those which have a melting point of from about 30 DEG C to about 70 DEG C and which are applied to the outer surfaces of the tissue product in melted form.
