The invention relates to the composition of an antalgic tincture for external application and to the process for preparing the same. The invention is characterized in that the tincture comprises 38...42 parts of Tinctura Capsici, 18...32 parts of Tinctura Belladonnae, 15...18 parts of Tinctura Lavandulae, 18...22 parts of Tinctura Thymi and 5 parts of glycerine for external application, the parts being expressed in ml, and the process for preparing the claimed composition consists in reducing the plants down to particles of 0.5...1 cm, moistening them with alcohol of 70 or 80 degree in a ratio of 2 : 10, feeding them to the maceration apparatus made of inoxidable steel and provided with stirring blades, adding 70% of the amounts of alcohol of 70 or 80 degree for each plant, observing the ratios, leaving them to macerate for 3 days, while stirring, filtering by squeezing them out, adding the remaining 30 % of alcohol over the squeezed plants and after three more days of maceration, while stirring, the second maceration, filtering again the plants by squeezing them out, the tincture portions resulted from the first and the second maceration being put together, left to settle out for three days at 4...6 degree C and finally mixing said tinctures, in the established ratios, and adding the glycerine.
