The invention relates to a rapidly fastenable short-circuiting clamp employed in the power drives. The clamp consists of an H-shaped body (1) made of duralumin, with a movable grip (2) travelling thereupon, said grip ensuring the attachment to the installation. The grip is secured to a double-displacement drive column (3) by means of a connecting piece (7) and of a pin (8). On rotating the double-displacement drive column (3) to the left until it gets locked, the movable grip (2) draws back thereby compressing the helical spring (6). That is the "primed clamp" position. On rotating the double-displacement drive column (3) to the right, the movable grip (2) travels rapidly and engages to the installation.
