PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning device which is suitable for an image forming device which can inexpensively provide a color image without color slurrs. SOLUTION: An optical scanning device has a light deflector 5 deflecting light in a prescribed direction, an optical system before deflection, which comprises plural laser elements, a glass lens and a plastic lens and converts the cross section shapes of emitted light from the laser elements into prescribed shapes and an optical system after deflection 21, which comprises two lenses 30a and 30b that image-form light deflected by the optical deflector, so that scanning is executed on a prescribed image face at equal speed. The powers of the two lenses of the optical system after deflection are positively regulated in a direction orthogonal to the rotating axis of the reflection face of the optical deflector. At least one lens face of each lenses is formed in the lens which does not comprise a rotation symmetrical face. |
