PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the electrode of a resistivity meter capable of simplifying the connection structure of an electrode member and an electric wire to suppress an increase in cost. SOLUTION: The electrode 1 of a resistivity meter is equipped with an inner electrode 2, an outer electrode 3, an inner electrode holder 10, an outer electrode holder 11 and a coil spring 18. The inner electrode 2 is formed into a columnar shape and the outer electrode 3 is formed into a round pipe shape and the inner electrode holder 10 is attached to the base end 2f of the inner electrode 2. The outer electrode holder 11 is fixed to the outer periphery of the base end 3b of the outer electrode 3 to house the inner electrode holder 10. The coil spring 18 biases the inner electrode holder 10 to leading ends 2g, 3c of the inner and outer electrodes 2, 3 and the end surface 3d of the outer electrode 3 regulates the getting-out of the inner electrode holder 10 from the outer electrode holder 11.
