PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle which is normally flat, projects only at the time of using it and can be manufactured comparatively low at cost. SOLUTION: A handle is constituted so that both first and second link plates become flat and close an opening surface at normal time and the folded other ends (hinge connecting part 9) are projected from the opening surface at the time of using by connecting the first link plate 5 axially supported in a recessed part 3 the opening surface of which is lined with a flange 2 free to revolve one end and the second link plate 6 one end of which is engaged with a guide groove 7 extended to a side wall of the recessed part 3 directed roughly along the opening surface to each other in a hinge type on their other ends. Consequently, it is possible to constitute the handle free to rise and sink of a pair of the link plates in a simple shape.
