PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary seat mounting structure that can facilitate the attachment and detachment of an auxiliary seat with no deterioration in safety in auxiliary seat mounting and with no special fittings mounted on a carrier. SOLUTION: An auxiliary seat 12 comprises a seat part 13, a backrest part 14, a right and a left armrest part 15, a right and a left footrest part 16 or 16a, a handrail part 17, and mounting means 21. The mounting means, which are attached to a carrier 1 from the auxiliary seat bottom side, include right, left and rear mounting means. The right and left mounting means each consist of fitting means 22, clamping means 23, first locking means 24, and second or slide type locking means 25. The rear mounting means consist of the fitting means 22, the clamping means 23, the first locking means 24, and second or spring type locking means 26.
