PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enter menus for one week and the stuff to be used therefor in one brochure, to subdivide an assortment of the stuff bought on the basis of the entries and to use it according to the menus. SOLUTION: Frames 6 for showing the stuff and cooking steps, which are divided in seven, are provided in the second page 2b of a brochure 2, and a part 7 for showing a day, a day of the week and dish names, a space 9 for showing the stuff assorted by dishes and a part 11 for showing the cooking steps are provided in each frame 6. A space 15 for indicating an amount to be used, which consists of a part 19 for showing stuff names and the amount to be used and a part 20 for showing subdivisions, is provided in the third page 2c of the brochure 2 and further square frames 28 according to the number of items of the stuff and check mark entry frames 29 are provided in the fourth page 2d of the brochure 2. Besides, a part 31 for showing the stuff name and an object amount to be used and a purchase amount entry part 32 are provided in the square frame 28 and also a plurality of amount check seals 33 are stuck and fixed releasably on release paper 36 with an adhesive 34 applied to the rear.
