<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing electronic parts in a casing type for reducing assembly man-hours. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing electronic parts, a hoop material 15 is created where a carrier hole 17 is fabricated at both the sides of a metal plate material 14, and an internal terminal 3 and an outer terminal 8 are fabricated inside, the input terminal 3 and the output terminal 8 of the hoop material 15 are inserted for resin formation so that an upper case 2 and a lower case 7 are aligned alternately, elastic conductors 11a and 11b are connected and fixed to connection surfaces 3b and 8b of the input terminal 3 and the output terminal 8 of the upper case 2 and the lower case 7, an input electrode 13a and an output electrode 13b of an electronic part element 12 where an input electrode 13a and an output electrode 13b are formed are inserted into the lower case 7 so that they come into contact with the elastic conductors 11a and 11b, the upper case 2 is cut from the hoop material 15, rotated and overlapped to the lower case 7, the connected case is cut and separated from the hoop material 15 as a completed product, and the electrical characteristics of the completed product are measured.</p> |
