<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take back a stolen vehicle and arrest a suspected person simultaneously by informing the outside that it is a stolen vehicle without attracting his/her attention. SOLUTION: This device informs a person(s) outside the vehicle 42 that the vehicle is a stolen car without attracting the attention of a person who has stolen the vehicle. By receiving a report from a person who has recognized the stolen car, or making a policeman who is in a police box or a police car find the vehicle, it is possible to stop the vehicle 42 forcibly and arrest the suspected person. Conventional antitheft devices can protect individual vehicles from thefts, but cannot prevent theft. This system, is capable of arresting the suspected person, thus it is possible to prevent the recurrence of crimes.</p> |
