PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means such as to be used as a guidepost for the blind as a matter of course, to contribute to energy saving by safely emitting light without consuming power, to give beauty to everyone regardless of the night and day, to contribute to welfare for the aged, to be utilized as the guidepost, to help prevention measures of distress accident, life saving, propaganda effect, etc., and to contribute to creation of a town happy and confortable to live in. SOLUTION: This luminous guidepost made possible to have clear display of characters and patterns by clearly emerging them even at a dark place and come into effect for multipurpose with a unique effect of self-emitted illumination by constituting it by utilizing a textured paving block for the blind as one of the guidance waymarks for visually disabled person, applying light storage materials in its recessed and projection part and further displaying it by adding characters and patterns to it. In addition, an installing place of the textured paving block for the blind is easily acquired and installation of more blocks can contribute to the blind as a matter of course and everyone for multipurpose. |
