摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly discriminate between uric acid and ascorbic acid without causing a secular change. SOLUTION: A diamond membrane is set up in a 0.1 M KOH solution and a voltage of 2.4 V (vs. SCE) is applied to the diamond membrane for 75 min to perform the anodic oxidation of the diamond membrane. In this case, at an especially necessary time, a voltage of +4--4 V (vs. SCE) is applied in the 0.1 m KOH solution at a speed of 0.1 V/sea to perform sweeping three times and a voltage of 4 V is held for 1 min to perform anodic oxidation. When the diamond membrane thus anodically oxidized is used in a solution of uric acid and ascorbic acid, from DPV in this solution, it can be measured that a peak of uric acid(UA) is sharp and clear and a peak of ascorbic acid(AA) is broad and obscure. From this result, uric acid can be clearly detected if the anodically oxidized diamond membrane is used.
