PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope device for medical operation capable of safely and reliably executing a medical operation. SOLUTION: This microscope device is provided with an image pickup device 10 for picking up the image of an examinee, an FMD 4 which has liquid crystal monitors 17a and 17b capable of displaying the image of the examinee based on an image signal and can be moved to an optional peripheral directional position with respect to the image pickup axis of the device 10, an image rotating device 12 which can generate a first image signal of a first displaying form to be adapted when the EMD 4 is positioned in a first area on the peripheral directional position and can generate a second image signal of a second displaying form to be adapted when the EMD 4 is positioned in a second area, and an image switching circuit 13 for outputting an image signal so as to display the first image based on the first image signal on the monitors 17a and 17b when the FMD 4 is positioned in the first area and so as to display the second image based on the second image signal on the monitors 17a and 17b when the FMD 4 is positioned in the second area. |
