PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely attach a wet tissue-housing container in a restroom. SOLUTION: This wet tissue housing container 10 is equipped with a container main body 11, an opening/closing lid 23 which is rockably attached to the container main body 11, and a bottom lid 12 which seals the lower opening of the container main body 11. At a rocking section between the container main body 11 and the opening/closing lid 23, a sheet rubber 50 is provided. The wet tissue housing container 10 is held by an attaching holder 1. The attaching holder 1 is equipped with a back plate 2 which backs the bottom lid 12, L-shaped members 3 and 4 which house the peripheral edges 12a and 12b of the bottom lid 12 and the peripheral edges 14a and 14b of the flange 14 of the container main body 11. To the back plate 2, an attaching plate 5 which is inserted in the insertion port of a toilet paper housing body 7 is connected.
