PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed integrated operation managing system, with which a started agent can automatically update definition information by preparing the definition information on a manager. SOLUTION: A manager 1 receives a download request from an agent 10, selects definition information to be distributed to the agent 10, which transmits the download request, and transmits a definition information file, which is a transmission request object, to the agent 10 and the agent 10 holds the definition information distributed from the manager 1 in its own definition information file, issues distributing processing of the definition information required for the agent itself to the manager 1 simultaneously and/or asynchronously with its own start, holds the latest definition information distributed by the manager 1 in the definition information file and defines various functions as a host thereof again while referring to the latest definition information.
