PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed target anode that improves the quality and intensity of X-ray signal generated by an x-ray tube. SOLUTION: A fixed anode assembly 110 has an anode target part 114 distributed to target edges 138, 138 of an anode substrate 112. The anode target part 114 has an overhang part 36, and the overhang part has a function which prevents a rebound electron from colliding to the anode substrate placed below. Not being prevented from the crush to the anode substrate placed under its, the rebound electron becomes the cause of the generation of deviated x-ray. The overhang part 36 has a function to block the emission of deviated x-ray generated at the substrate from the x-ray tube as well. On a target surface 120 with the direction leaving the anode substrate beneath, a shape with the contour is formed, which has the function to guide to the direction away from the anode substrate the electron that rebounded toward the center of the anode target surface.
