PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular type electronic device which integrally utilizes one group of various chip cards to be individually utilized by independent application equipment. SOLUTION: A easing 5 houses plural chip cards 3 which are laminated in the state of mutually contacting main surfaces. Electric connecting elements 6 located on one side of the chip card 3 are electrically connected to plural electric connecting members 8 provided on a closing element 11 being a part of the easing 5. The plural electric connecting members 8 are electrically connected by plural electric connections 10. The functions of all the chip cards 3 are controlled by an electronic member 4, that one of plural chip cards 3 has, and the plural electric connections 10.
