<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve malfunctions due to dispersion of a delay time for a flip flop(FF) which constitutes a counter in a phase position provision circuit, in the case of generating a digital signal whose frequency is the same as the frequency of a digital input signal and whose phase matches with the phase position of an external trigger signal. SOLUTION: A phase position signal detection circuit is provided with a timing generation circuit 10 for receiving an external reference clock signal EX-CK and preparing oscillation control signals CT1, CT2, a phase position provision circuit 21 for inputting an external trigger EX-T and the oscillation control signal CT, storing the phase position of the oscillation control signal, when the trigger EX-T is applied and outputting an intermittent phase coincidence signal every when a phase position coincides with the stored phase position, an OR gate 11 for logically synthesizing plural intermittent phase-matching signals and outputting a phase coincidence signal PHS, and an OR gate 12 for inputting the phase-matching signal PHS and the external trigger EX-T and outputting a phase position signal PH-T. The circuit 21 is provided with a D-FF for monitoring the oscillation control signal CT at the arrival of the external trigger EX-T.</p> |
