PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heater using SIT of a recess gate structure as a microwave oscillating module. SOLUTION: The static induction transistor(SIT) output module 2 consists of multiple SITs 2a and 2b and produces 130 W output using a single external oscillating device 1 as an excitor. An SPST high frequency switch 3 feeds input to each feeding terminal a) to d) of Butler matrix 4 succesively and exclusively from the output of the SIT output module 2. The Butler matrix 4 supplies high frequency wave of four phases to each 1/4λmicro strip antenna A, B, C and D of quadruple 1/4λmicro strip antenna. Thus, large heating ability is obtained by electric power synthesis of output of the multiple SITs 2a and 2b constituting the SIT output module 2.
