PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical collimator sheet which efficiently gathers diffused rays of light and gives collimated rays of light having high directivity and high luminance. SOLUTION: This optical collimator sheet has a transparent substrate, with many light transmissive spherical bodies fixed on the substrate, while keeping partial contact with the substrate and a reflection layer which has a scattering length S [μm] in the range of 1<S<(R/80) (where R is the diameter [μm] of the spherical bodies) and diffuses light which was incident on the sheet except at the contact parts or further except at their vicinities.
