PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board preventing the peeling of an electrode from the circuit board and promoting miniaturization and to provide a crystal oscillator using the circuit board. SOLUTION: In a circuit board, a terminal electrode which is electrically connected to electronic parts is given, plural circuit board areas are separated from a board main body by a division groove, they are connected to the board main body by a bridging part and the bridging part is cut and divided. The terminal electrode is protrusively formed in the board main body from the circuit board area. The board main body is integrally cut from above the terminal electrode and the division groove is formed. The terminal electrode is extended to an outer peripheral end. A crystal oscillator and the oscillation circuit element are loaded on the circuit board and a crystal oscillator is constituted.
