PURPOSE: Apparatus for transmitting the turning force of toy's air vanes by which several air vanes are hurled continuously into the air and let fly is provided, thereby preventing the destruction of a pinwheel. CONSTITUTION: The turning force transmitting apparatus comprises: a winch connected to the bottom surface of a toy body with a rubber cord and rounded by a drawing cord to generate a specified turning force; a rod being rotated in a normal/reverse direction by the reception of the turning force of the winch and formed by a groove on the edge of the upper part; a pipe having a jaw to hang the groove safely and being rotated in a normal direction; and a shaft connected to a plurality of air vanes.
