PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a pulsating component not only in the acceleration section of a drive motor but also in the other section thereof without generating the temporal change of pulsation. SOLUTION: When a rotational speed pattern is altered, a drive motor 20 is rotated, based on the rotational speed pattern read from a memory part 34 by a motor control part 36. A rotational speed operation part 32 calculates the averag pressure value of the respective angle-of-rotation sections during one rotation of the drive motor 20 and the synthethic average pressure value of all of the angle-of-rotation sections thereof on the basis of the pressure data from a pressure detection part 28 and the angle-of-rotation data from an angle- of-rotation detection part 30 and a new rotational speed pattern corrected so that the average pressure value becomes the synthetic average pressure value with respect to the respective angle-of-rotation sections is stored in the memory part 34. The motor control part 36 rotates the drive motor 20 on the basis of the new rotational speed pattern of the memory part 34 so far as a signal altering the rotational speed pattern is not inputted.
